LITURGY
"What do you think of Cardinal Sarah's suggestion of introducing the traditional offertory into the New Mass?: This idea is not new; it has been circulating in Rome already for about ten years ago. I'm happy that it is being taken up." BISHOP Fellay, Présent, 06/27/2015.
"Moreover, if the creation of an "artificial" liturgy, of an "in vitro" liturgy above being an imprudence, is a sign of a profound lack of realism, this liturgy, could be in conformity with orthodoxy".
"A new but Catholic liturgy, can certainly not suppress the one rooted in Tradition. But it could co-exist with it […]it could, little by little, acquire the ambiance of the Traditional " Fr. Celier, Olivier Pichon, Benoît XVI et les traditionalistes, 2007.
|
"All other of the churches referred to above, however, are hereby denied the use of other missals, which are to be discontinued entirely and absolutely; whereas, by this present Constitution, which will be valid henceforth, now, and forever, We order and enjoin that nothing must be added to Our recently published Missal, nothing omitted from it, nor anything whatsoever be changed within it under the penalty of Our displeasure."
Saint Pius V, Bula Quo primum tempore, 1570.

"So I was appointed by Rome, by the Congregation of the Faith to make judgements, canonical Church judgements on some of our priests" Bishop Fellay, Acadia, USA 05/10/2015
|
"Not having a canonical mission, we don't have jurisdiction by the fact of a mission, but the Church, by law, grants jurisdiction regarding the duty that the faithful have of sanctifying themselves by the grace of the sacraments, which they would receive with difficulty or doubtfully if they didn't receive them from us." Archbishop Lefebvre, letter to priests on the consecrations and jurisdiction, 04/27/1987.

CANONICAL RECOGNITION
"That under Protocol No. 084/15 dated February 23, 2015, the Archbishop of Buenos Aires, Cardinal Mario Aurelio POLI requests that the "FRATERNITY OF THE APOSTLES OF JESUS AND MARY" (SOCIETY OF ST. PIUS X) is taken, until the definitive legal framework in the Universal Church is found, as an Association of the Rights of the Diocese, as regulated by canon 298 of the Code of Canon Law, in fieri to be a Society of Apostolic Life, with all the benefits that correspond to this and in compliance with all the obligations referred to it, also assuming to it the responsibilities of the diocesan bishop.”, Secretary of religion, Buenos Aires-Argentina, 03/17/2015.
"It cannot be said to not be important to have the stamp of being Catholics. We must have the [official] stamp."Bishop Fellay, sermon in La Reja, a reference to officiality 12/20/2014.
|
"Of this conciliar church we want to be no part […] the conciliar church is notthe Catholic Church. In so far as the pope, bishops, priests, and laity adhere to this new church, they seperate themselves from the Catholic Church and enter in schism." Archbishop Lefebvre, I Accuse the Council, 1976.
"We refuse a purely practical agreement because the doctrinal question is primary. Faith is more important than legality. We cannot accept a legalization without the problem of the Faith having been resolved. […] It is about a new religion that is not the Catholic religion. With this religion we do not want to compromise, no risk of contamination, no appearance of reconciliation, an appearance that would be our supposed regularization." Bishop Tissier de Mallerais, Rivarol, 06/01/ 2012.
|
SEMINARIES
"This was the second visit by Bishop Schneider to one of our seminaries. On January 16, 2015, he had visited the St. Cure d’Ars Seminary in Flavigny (France)." DICI 02/14/2015 con ocasión de la visita y conferencia de Mons. Schneider a los seminaristas.
|
" All these prescriptions and those of Our Predecessor are to be borne in mind whenever there is question of choosing directors and professors for seminaries and Catholic Universities. Anybody who in any way is found to be imbued with Modernism is to be excluded without compunction from these offices, and those who already occupy them are to be withdrawn." Saint Pius X, Encyclical Pascendi, 1907.

THE CHURCH
"The official church is the visible church; it is the Catholic Church period." Bishop Fellay, La Reja 20/12/2014
|
"The false church which is showing itself amongst us since the curious Vatican II is diverging tangibly year after year, from the Church founded by Jesus Christ. The false post-conciliar church is splitting away more and more from the holy Church which has saved souls for twenty centuries (not to mention the support and enlightenment lent to civil society). The pseudo-church in construction splits away more and more from the true Church, the only Church of Jesus Christ, by the most strange innovations in the hierarchical constitution as well as in its teachings and morals." Rev. Fr. Calmel, Authority and sanctity in the Church, 1971.

«On Sunday the 26th of April, Fr. de la Motte announced his leaving» Apostle, June of 2015, with the occasion of the incorporation of Fr. de la Motte into the conciliar church, which was followed by that of Fr. Lambilliote (2015), former member of MJCF and of Fr. Beaublat (2014), captain and former Secretary General of MCJF.
“And we, in terms of reform, what can we do in this ongoing crisis? […] The reform is to work, to circulate “in capite et in membris[1]” [of head and of members] simultaneously. In capite ,is in relation to the Pope and to Rome and it has consisted in the doctrinal discussions and our efforts which have not been crowned with success for the moment. In membris is in our relations with the faithful, with parishes and the conservative clergy. We must now intensify contact in membris. Fr. Pfluger, Retreat given to SSPX brothers, December of 2013.
|
“It is, therefore, a strict duty for every priest wanting to remain Catholic to separate himself from this Conciliar Church for as long as it does not rediscover the Tradition of the Church and of the Catholic Faith” Archbishop Lefebvre, Spiritual Journey (pg 13), 1991.
|
THE CHURCH
" Therefore it is not possible to think that one is in communion with the Church independently of the Pope, acting as though he did not exist, refusing all contact and all dealings with him, and not seeking to establish relations that enable us to accept his jurisdiction while refusing to compromise with his errors. All this is difficult, delicate, risky, and whatever else you want to call it—granted.[…] Not to love this Church, as she lives today, is not to love the Church. To refuse to seek to reestablish canonical ties with the Church, in the state in which she exists today, as she lives and suffers today, whatever pretext may be given, is quite simply to reject the Church, which is not a Catholic thing to do." Fr. Simoulin, Le Seignadou, February of 2014.
|
"I think that during the next meeting, it will be me who will ask them questions. I will be the one who will interrogate them and I will ask them: 'Which Church are we talking about? Are we talking about the Catholic Church, or another church, a Counter church, a counterfeit of the Church? ... I think sincerely, that we are talking about a counterfeit version of the Church, and not the Catholic Church. It does not teach any longer the Catholic faith. It teaches something else, it leads the Church to something else other than the Catholic Church. It is not longer the Catholic Church. They are sitting in the chairs of their predecessors, but they are not continuing in the line of their predecessors. They no longer have the same faith, nor the same doctrine, nor the same morality as their predecessors.'" Archbishop Lefebvre, spiritual conference, Ecône, 21st of June,1978.

THE JEWISH PEOPLE
“The Jewish people did not commit deicide” Fr. Bouchacourt, interview with Clarín, 01/12/2013.
|
“The Jewish people fell from the heights because of their faithlessness and condemned their Redeemer to a shameful death."... Saint Pius V, Bula « Hebraeorum gens », 1569.
|
ECUMENISM
"To this end, brothers and sisters, I have decided to proclaim for the whole Church on 7 September next, the vigil of the birth of Mary, Queen of Peace, a day of fasting and prayer for peace in Syria, the Middle East, and throughout the world, and I also invite each person, including our fellow Christians, followers of other religions and all men of good will, to participate, in whatever way they can, in this initiative." Francis I, invitation to prayer and fasting, 09/01/2013.
“We appreciate the invitation to pray and fast and we hope that not only Catholics but everyone may respond to the Pope's call by praying to Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Virgin Mother.” Fr. Rostand, official site of the District of USA, August, 2013.
|
“Certainly such attempts can nowise be approved by Catholics, founded as they are on that false opinion which considers all religions to be more or less good and praiseworthy […]
Not only are those who hold this opinion in error and deceived, but also in distorting the idea of true religion they reject it, and little by little. turn aside to naturalism and atheism, as it is called; from which it clearly follows that one who supports those who hold these theories and attempt to realize them, is altogether abandoning the divinely revealed religion.” Pius XI, Mortalium animos.

MASONRY
“And so, in practice, the majority of people who are Freemasons, or at least many do not know what it's about, so in practice, probably many, if not most Freemasons, don't commit any sin by being a Freemaon because they are in ignorance and the organization likes to keep them that way." Fr. Themann, professor of the seminary in Winona-USA, conference of 16th of April, 2013, now named Superior of the Seminary of Australia (2015)
|
"At this period, however, the partisans of evil seems to be combining together, and to be struggling with united vehemence, led on or assisted by that strongly organized and widespread association called the Freemasons. No longer making any secret of their purposes, they are now boldly rising up against God Himself. They are planning the destruction of holy Church publicly and openly, and this with the set purpose of utterly despoiling the nations of Christendom, if it were possible, of the blessings obtained for us through Jesus Christ our Saviour.… For as soon as the constitution and the spirit of the masonic sect were clearly discovered by manifest signs of its actions, by the investigation of its causes, by publication of its laws, and of its rites and commentaries, with the addition often of the personal testimony of those who were in the secret, this apostolic see denounced the sect of the Freemasons, and publicly declared its constitution, as contrary to law and right, to be pernicious no less to Christiandom than to the State; and it forbade any one to enter the society, under the penalties which the Church is wont to inflict upon exceptionally guilty persons." Leo XIII, Humanum Genus 1884
|
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
"Many people have an understanding of the Council which is a wrong understanding. […] The Council is presenting a religious liberty which is in fact a very, very limited one. Very limited." Bishop Fellay, interview with CNS, 05/11/2012.
|
"Every man is free to embrace and profess that religion which, guided by the light of reason, he shall consider true." Pius IX, SYLLABUS, condemned propisition n° 15, 1864.
|
THE NEW MASS
“ We declare that we recognise the validity of the sacrifice of the Mass and the
Sacraments celebrated with the intention to do what the Church does according to the
rites indicated in the typical editions of the Roman Missal and the Sacramentary Rituals
legitimately promulgated by Popes Paul VI and John-Paul II.” Bishop Fellay, Doctrinal Declaration, 15th of April, 2012.
|
“The priests in the near future that would not have received a traditional training, and that trust in the Novus Ordo and in the ‘Institutio generalis’ in doing what the Church intends, do they consecrate validly? It would be legitimate to doubt this.” Archbishop Lefebvre, Conference in Ecône, 01/16/1979.
"We believe that having made fabricated with the protestants, there is an ecumenical influence in this reform of the Mass, moreover the Mass is of a protestant liking and little by little the notion of sacrifice has disappeared, especially the notion of the propitiatory sacrifice. So these changes that took place in the Mass, turn it into a poisoned, dangerous Mass.” Archbishop Lefebvre, Conference, Flavigny, 06/11/1988.
|
THE SECOND VATICAN COUNCIL
"The entire tradition of Catholic Faith must be the criterion and guide in understanding the teaching of the Second Vatican Council, which, in turn, enlightens - in other words deepens and subsequently makes explicit - certain aspects of the life and doctrine of the Church implicitly present within itself or not yet conceptually formulated." Bishop Fellay, Doctrinal Declaration of the 15th of April,2012.
|
"[T]his Council represents, both in the opinion of the Roman authorities as in our own, a new church which they call themselves the "Conciliar Church".
We believe that we can affirm, taking into consideration the internal and external critique on Vatican II, that is, in analysing the texts and in studying its circumstances and its consequences, that the Council, turning its back on Tradition and breaking with the
Church of the past, is a schismatic council."
Archbishop Lefebvre, le Figaro, 08/02/1976.
|
THE COMMON GOOD
"For the common good of the Society, we would far prefer the present solution of the intermediary status quo but it is clear that Rome will put up with it no longer." Bishop Fellay, Fr. Pfluger, Fr. Nelly, letter to the 3 bishops of the SSPX, 04/14/2012.
|
"Moreover, a government becomes unjust by the fact that the ruler, paying no heed to the common good, seeks his own private good." Saint Thomas Aquinas, De regno I,4.

THE GREC
"The Group for Reflextion Among Catholics –GREC- was formed in Paris in 1998. It reunited clergy and laity with theological options and sensitive liturgical differences. Since the founding of this group, the leaders put themselves in relations with the Episcopal Conference of France and the Apostolic Nuncio of Paris who approved and encouraged this initiative. In recent years, GREC has met regularly for conferences and debates about matters that concern the life of the Church.(liturgy, ecumenism, inter-religious dialogue, the two forms of the Roman rite, etc…).
We received with joy the communiqué published by the Office of the Vatican press on the 14th of last September and the way in which Bishop Bernard Fellay, the superior of the SSPX, commented on it. We are confident in the will of the SSPX to resolve the disagreement, and we hope that the requests of the Society coincide with the propositions of the Holy See. We are near to the term of the great efforts of GREC which is considered one of the numerous indirect artifices of the possiblçe official recognition of the SSPX. We will not cease to inform you of the continuation of our activities.
Meanwhile, we ask for the unity of the Church that can only be acheived by the necessary reconciliation among all Catholics in charity and the Truth. FATHER Claude Barthe, FATHER Michel Lelong, FATHER Alain Lorans, Huguette Pérol, Marie-Alix Doutrebente, Jacques-Régis du Cray, Philippe Pichot" Communiqué of GREC after the meeting of 09/14/2011 between the Prefect of the CDF and Bishop Fellay, and the reception of the Docrinal Preamble by Bishop Fellay, as a fundamental move in arriving at "full communion", 10/11/2011.

"And so, my dear future priests and deacons, with this new religion you will never compromise. You will never blur the frontal opposition between the religion of the Catholic Church and the religion of what I would call the “new church.” That is no church, but only a poison – a poison in the Church. […]
In no way may the Society of Saint Pius X accept to perform any reconciliation or any compromise with the new religion – this new religion standing from the Second Vatican Council – nor any agreement nor covenant with this sort of “new church” that I described – this “new church” born from the adulterous union between the Church and the Revolution." BISHOP Tissier de Mallerais, ORDINATIONS SERMON IN Winona USA, 06/15/ 2012.
"This NEW RELIGION is nothing different, my dear faithful, than a GNOSTIC SECT. I think that it is the word which characterises it perfectly, since it is a religion without sin, without justice, without mercy, without penance, without conversion, without virtue, without sacrifice, without effort, but simply an auto-consciousness. It is a purely "intellectualist" religion, it is a PURE GNOSTIC SECT. Entonces, queridos futuros diáconos y sacerdotes, estén seguros que yo no los ordeno ni diáconos, ni sacerdotes, para ser diáconos y sacerdotes de esta RELIGIÓN GNÓSTICA. Then my dear future deacons and priests, be sure that I ordain you neither deacons, nor priests, to be deacons and priests of this gnostic religion. And I am persuaded that such was also your intention to receive the Catholic priesthood today, from the hands of the Catholic Church, and not to receive the gnostic priesthood from the hands of I do not know which gnostic system.
REJECT WITH HORROR, my dear faithful, my dear ordinands, THIS NATURAL RELIGION, THIS INTELLECTUALIST RELIGION, WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CATHOLIC RELIGION, and be on the contrary very firm, always more firmly persuaded of the reason of our combat, of the reason of our priesthood." Bishop Tissier, ordinations in Ecône, 06/27/ 2002.
“May we be persuaded profoundly, by the teaching of Revelation, that one day Rome will be cured: that the apparent church will soon b unmasked.
It will immediately be on it last legs since its main strength comes from the intrinsic lie that it passes off for the truth, not having been refuted by the authority." Fr. Calmel, Journeys, May 1973.

THE EXCOMMUNICATIONS
"Let us not forget to thank the Most Blessed Virgin who has inspired the Holy Father with this unilateral, benevolent, and courageous act to. Let us assure him of our fervent prayers. […] “We are ready to write the Creed with our own blood, to sign the anti-modernist oath, the profession of faith of Pius IV, we accept and make our own all the councils up to the Second Vatican Council about which we express some reservations." Bishop Fellay, Communique on the "lifting of the excommunications", Menzingen, 01/24/2009.
|
"...[W]e have never wished to belong to this system which calls itself the Conciliar Church, and defines itself with the Novus Ordo Missae, an ecumenism which leads to indifferentism and the laicization of all society. Yes, we have no part, nullam partem habemus, with the pantheon of the religions of Assisi; our own excommunication by a decree of Your Eminence or of another Roman Congregation would only be the irrefutable proof of this. We ask for nothing better than to be declared out of communion with this adulterous spirit which has been blowing in the Church for the last twenty-five years; we ask for nothing better than to be declared outside of this impious communion of the ungodly. We believe in the One God, Our Lord Jesus Christ, with the Father and the Holy Ghost, and we will always remain faithful to His unique Spouse, the One Holy Catholic Apostolic and Roman Church.
To be publicly associated with this sanction which is inflicted upon the six Catholic Bishops, Defenders of the Faith in its integrity and wholeness, would be for us a mark of honor and a sign of orthodoxy before the faithful. They have indeed a strict right to know that the priests who serve them are not in communion with a counterfeit church, promoting evolution, pentecostalism and syncretism..." Open letter from the superiors of the SSPX to Cardinal Gantin, prefect for the congregation of bishops, 07-01-88.

THE MOTU PROPRIO SUMMORUM PONTIFICUM
"This is a truly historic day. We desire to express our profound gratitude to Benedict XVI. His document is a gift of Grace. It’s not a step; it’s a leap in the right direction […] it’s a supernatural extraordinary help." Bishop Fellay, Corriere della Serra, 07/08/2007.

THE SACRAMENTS
“With regard to the priesthood, we have always said and we maintain that when a bishop confers the sacrament of the priesthood, even according to the new rite, while observing the prescriptions of the ritual, especially if it is spoken in Latin, the sacrament is a priori valid. The faithful, on their part, must hold to the principle a priori that these priests are validly ordained because the invalidity of the ordination remains an exception. They must then consider that an ordination, even modern, is valid."- Interview with Bishop Fellay by Donec Ponam, 03/25/2007
|
"It is perfectly clear that the new rite and the traditional rite are NOT one rite […] If the new rite were the ordinary rite, there would then no longer be any order, nor any rule, nor any authority. The Church would be destroyed. If the New Mass is ordinary, it is ordinary for modernism and most assuredly not for Catholicism. Let us not for one instant, then, accept the preposterous offer that the traditional Mass become the extraordinary form of the one rite. The Tridentine Mass is the only Roman rite;" Fr. Scott, Superior of the SSPX Seminary in Australia, denouncing for anticipation, 06/15/2007.

"It is not illicit in conferring sacraments to follow a probable opinion regarding the value of the sacrament, the safer opinion being abandoned, unless the law forbids it, convention or the danger of incurring grave harm. DOCTRINAL-AGREEMENT, PRACTICAL-AGREEMENT
" I had believed that you were disposed to leave till a later date the resolution of outstanding disagreements over certain points of the Council and liturgical reform, rather like when the Council of Florence, in order to achieve union, overlooked the question of the Greeks allowing divorce following adultery, and I committed myself in this perspective despite the fairly strong opposition in the ranks of the Society and at the price of substantial disruption. And I fully intend to continue to do my best to pursue this path to reach the necessary clarifications." Bishop Fellay, letter to Benedicto XVI, 17th of June, 2012.
" We have determined and approved the necessary conditions for a possible future canonical normalization." Declaration of the SSPX General chapter oin Econe, July, 2012.
"Freedom to preserve, transmit and teach the sound doctrine of the constant Magisterium of the Church and the unchanging truth of God's Tradition; freedom to defend, correct, rebuke, even publicly, the perpetrators of errors or innovations of modernism, of liberalism, of the Second Vatican Council and its consequences." Circular Fr. Thouvenot, 07/18/12.
|
"Likewise, the contacts made from time to time with the authorities in Rome have no other purpose than to help them embrace once again that Tradition which the Church cannot repudiate without losing her identity. The purpose is not just to benefit the Society, nor to arrive at some merely practical agreement." Declaration of the 2006 Chapter SSPX

CANONICAL RECOGNITION
"You all act like vagus clerics, helping yourselves in this subjective state of necessity, you all don't recognize the grave canonical irregularity in which you find yourselves […] So that you may be recognized as Catholics, it is necessary to resolve the problems or at least try to resolve them.” Benedicto XVI to Bishop Fellay during his audience of 08/19/2005.
"Holy Father, you are right." Response of Bishop Fellay to Benedict XVI during his audience of 08/19/2005.

"It is necessary to resist, to absolutely endure, to resist against everything. And so, now, I am at what interests you most no doubt. Rome has lost the Faith dear friends. Rome is in Apostasy. It is not just words in the air that I am speaking to you! It is the truth! Rome is in apostasy! We can no longer have confidence in those people. They have left the Church! They left the Church! It is true, true. We cannot understand it. That's it, I assure you, it is the synthesis. We cannot follow those people. Truly we are confronted with people that do not have the Catholic spirit, they no longer have the Catholic spirit. It is an abomination, truly an abomination.
We can say that these people that currently occupy Rome are anti-christs. We must not be worried with the reactions of those people, we are not dealing with honest people." Archbishop Lefebvre, Conference to the priests, Ecône, 4th of September, 1987.
